All prices displayed on Wristcheck are exclusive of taxes and customs charges (unless otherwise specified). Customs charges, such as import tax or duty, may apply based on your delivery location.

Shipping and Delivery

Enjoy fully-insured shipping and returns via reliable couriers to over 70 countries and regions. In-store pickup is also available at our Private Showroom: 25/F, Canton House, 56 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

We work with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to package and ship your products with care.

Returns

We offer a 7-day buyer protection period on eligible online purchases. This 7-day period starts from the date the delivery is confirmed as received. Items purchased or collected in person at our boutiques are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Any return request will only be considered if the watch remains in its original packaging and the security seal is fully intact.

Please note that returns are not accepted due to a change of mind. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and acceptance of any return or refund is at Wristcheck’s sole discretion. An example of a scenario where a return may be accepted is where the watch does not correspond to its description on Wristcheck.com.

Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty for watches purchased on Wristcheck (applicable to modern watches only and excluding Wristcheck Limited Editions or other selected items), in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty. We also offer all eligible watch repair services during the warranty period.
