How do I know a watch is genuine?

All of our timepieces are inspected under high magnification for any potential signs of fraudulent pieces or parts by our professional team of Swiss-trained watchmakers before they are listed on our platform. 

As an added layer of security, we also run the watch through official brand service centers, providing the buyer with 100% peace of mind.

We are also only exclusively working with trusted dealers or collectors who all have an immaculate track record themselves prior to their relationship with Wristcheck. If any doubt should arise on our end, rest assured we will take necessary action.

Who is responsible for paying import duties?

​​​​If you are based outside of Hong Kong, you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Goods.

What types of payment do you accept?

How long does it take to receive my refund after I have returned my watch to Wristcheck?

​​​​​All watches that are returned to us will be thoroughly inspected by our team of Watch Specialists. Please allow 10 business days upon receiving your return shipment for us to process and issue the refund to you.

How are watches shipped and are they insured while in transit?

All watches purchased on our platform are shipped via courier with full tracking information. Insurance for full replacement value is included in every shipment.

How do I become a seller?

​​​All watches listed on Wristcheck are specially curated for the time being. However, we'd love to hear from you if you have a watch you would like to sell. Please click on Enquire Now above and send us an email, along with details and photos of the timepiece. We aim to be in touch within 48 hours, or as soon as possible.

Can you source specific watches for me?

Do bear with us though, as timings may vary based on the rarity of the watch you have in mind.

Why are some of your prices higher than MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price)?

It is not uncommon to find that certain watches will trade at a higher price in the secondary market than their original retail price, which is also the case for ​​​​the sneaker and art markets. Usually, this is caused by unusually high demand for certain brands and models, as well as other factors such as the discontinuation of specific models, or the fact that certain watches are produced in limited quantities. Nevertheless, we try our best to source hard-to-find watches at fair market pricing.

Are prices negotiable? Can I offer a lower price than the listed price?

​​​​​We do offer the option for you to make an offer on a watch, depending on the brand and model. Upon clicking on the specific watch listing you would like to make an offer on, please look out for the tab that says ‘Make Your Best Offer’.
