Buyer & Seller Policies and Shipping Information

Please read below for Wristcheck’s shipping, collection and return policy. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further details and defined terms. If any dispute arises about the interpretation of this policy, Wristcheck’s decisions and interpretations will be final. Purchasing Products
Shipping charges:
- All prices displayed on the Platform for the Products are exclusive of Taxes and shipping charges (unless otherwise specified). Upon checkout, you will see the applicable shipping charges (unless otherwise waived by Wristcheck to purchase the Products, to make an Offer and/or to submit a Request for the Products (as applicable). When in doubt, you can contact the customer service team of Wristcheck.
- Taxes and duties applicable to your order depend on the shipping country of your order. Customers will be solely responsible for the payment of import tax and duties (if any) levied by the country to which the Products are shipped and payment of such import tax and duties is a prerequisite for the release of the Products ordered from the Customs on arrival to the relevant countries. Orders to be shipped within Hong Kong SAR are not subject to Taxes and duties. Customers placing orders from countries served on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis will be charged for the price of the product(s) purchased (excluding taxes and duties) and the shipping charges. The courier will contact you about details of any import duty to pay (if any). Please contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing order with Wristcheck.
Shipping arrangements:
- Wristcheck will arrange for Products to be dispatched after it has confirmed your Purchase, Request or Bid (as applicable). Your order is only confirmed when Wristcheck sends you a confirmation email confirming your Request, the acceptance of your Purchase or Offer (as applicable) and related payment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You will be given an estimated delivery time (and tracking code details) in the confirmation email. Wristcheck will try to meet the estimated delivery time but it cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met (due to, including but not limited to, delay during adverse weather conditions).
- Wristcheck shall have an effective insurance policy to cover shipping of Products shipped by Wristcheck. Typically a Product will be insured with a coverage of up to the relevant Product’s final purchase price. For avoidance of doubt, any return or otherwise sending of Product to Wristcheck arranged by you or other party (that is not Wristcheck) will not be covered by Wristcheck’s insurance policy (even if the relevant Product is covered by Wristcheck Warranty and/or original manufacturer warranty).
- Wristcheck will arrange shipping of its Products with credible and reliable couriers (including but not limited to FedEx, Malca-Amit, Ferrari, UPS and DHL) and will ensure all Products are professionally wrapped for shipping.
- Wristcheck currently only offers shipping of Products to the following countries (list of which may be amended by Wristcheck from time to time without advance notice):

Collection:
During checkout, you may choose to collect the Products at our boutique in Landmark, Central. You will need to present the confirmation email and your identification document when you collect your order. If you cannot collect your order yourself, the person collecting on your behalf must bring the confirmation email, his/her identification document and a duly signed written authorization form (to be requested from Wristcheck at least 24 hours in advance of collection time by email (concierge@wristcheck.com) and signed by you and your authorized person).
Inspection of Products:
- When purchasing on Wristcheck.com and opting for delivery - For both shipping and collection method, you will need to sign a confirmation of receipt of your order upon receipt or collection of the Products (as applicable). By signing, you (a) accept the responsibility for the ordered Products thereon (Wristcheck will not be held accountable for any damages subsequently identified); and (b) agree the 7 days buyer-return period after receipt (if any) for your order will commence forthwith.
When purchasing and/or collecting from the Wristcheck Landmark Boutique - Upon purchase you accept the responsibility of the purchased Product and agree to our ‘No Return’ policy.
- If the recipient or collector is an authorised person, you accept that signature of such recipient or collector is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Wristcheck.
- Please ensure all shipping details that you have provided to Wristcheck are correct and you have supplied accurate contact details for delivery progress notification. Wristcheck will not be liable for being unable to contact you to deliver or collect your order if your contact details have been changed and Wristcheck has not been notified of such change.
- If you cannot be contacted or you were not there to receive or collect your order, it shall be your responsibility to contact Wristcheck to arrange for a redelivery or collection and you shall indemnify Wristcheck against all costs and damages incurred by Wristcheck in relation thereto (including a reasonable daily storage fee or any other reasonable third-party charges incurred in respect thereof). If the courier fails to deliver your order (after an acceptable number of failed attempts, at the discretion of said courier) you, the buyer, will be responsible for all costs related to re-delivery, storage or any other costs incurred by the courier.
Returning Products to Wristcheck
- Where your order has the Seven-[7]-day buyer-return period [7-days is classified as the minute the shipment is signed for by recipient] you may return the relevant Product that has been received or collected by you to Wristcheck prior to the expiration of such buyer-return period. However, the final decision whether to accept a return and/or to provide any or full refund of payment made will be at the sole discretion of Wristcheck. Illustration of an example of where Wristcheck may accept return of Products is where, in the reasonable view of Wristcheck, the condition of the Product has been misrepresented on the Platform. For the avoidance of doubt, Wristcheck will not accept a return of Product where you (or the recipient of the Product) have a change of mind to not purchase the Product.
- If your product does not have the seven-[7]-days buyer-return period (In-store purchase or In-store pickup), you will not be eligible for returns.
- You may also be sending Products to Wristcheck for repair subject to the terms of the Wristcheck Warranty.
- Any Product to be returned to Wristcheck (whether under the buyer-return period or Wristcheck Warranty) are to be arranged by you (at your own costs and risks). Wristcheck is not responsible (and Wristcheck's insurance policy will not cover) for any loss or damages incurred during transit.
Below are some packing suggestions on how to pack and send your Product to Wristcheck. If you are based in Hong Kong, you can also choose to drop off your watch at our boutique in Landmark, Central. Disclaimer: Please note that these are only suggestions and Wristcheck is not responsible for any damages even after following the steps listed.
- Avoid using branded packaging. A plain and sturdy cardboard box works best.
- Wrap up your watch and all accessories safely and securely with bubble wrap to avoid scratches and damage during transit.
- Along with your Product, please remember to pack by bubble wrapping all of your Product’s accessories in the cardboard box – its original box, papers and any other parts that it came with upon purchase.
- If your Product’s strap or any of its accessories contain exotic skins, they should be shipped in a separate package.
- Pack your bubble-wrapped items in a sturdy cardboard box and seal it carefully with packing tape.
- Arrange a pick-up or drop-off from a trusted courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Malca Amit or Ferrari Logistics) with a shipment tracking system.
- Be sure to inform consignment@wristcheck.com with the tracking number, your name and any other details that pertain to your Product once the shipment has been collected by your courier.

Shipping Products to Wristcheck
Shipping charges:
Seller Users must (at their costs and risks) make arrangements to deliver Products to Wristcheck.
Shipping arrangements:
- Seller Users must arrange for shipping of the Products within Seven [7] Days upon being instructed by Wristcheck to deliver the Products to Wristcheck. If Wristcheck does not receive an indication of the Products being sent to Wristcheck within Seven [7] Days from the date of its aforementioned instructions to the Seller Users, Wristcheck shall have the right to assume the consignment is void and Seller User no longer wishes to proceed with consignment and the relevant Purchase and the Seller Users shall indemnify Wristcheck against all costs and damages incurred by it in relation thereto (including reasonable third party charges incurred in respect thereof). For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller Users must arrange for shipping of each Product separately (i.e. each Product must be shipped to Wristcheck in separate packaging in compliance with the requirements stipulated in this policy).
- Seller Users are recommended to use an effective insurance policy to cover their shipping of Products to Wristcheck. A Product should be insured with a coverage of up to the relevant Product’s final purchase price on the Platform. For avoidance of doubt, any shipping of Product to Wristcheck arranged by Seller Users or another party (that is not Wristcheck) will not be covered by Wristcheck’s insurance policy.
- Seller Users must only arrange shipping of Products with credible and reliable couriers (including but not limited to FedEx, Malca-Amit, Ferrari, UPS and DHL) with a shipping tracking system. Seller Users are required to provide Wristcheck with an estimated delivery time and details of tracking code once shipping has been arranged.
- Seller Users are encouraged to ensure that all Products are professionally wrapped for shipping. Below are some packing requirements which Seller Users are suggested to comply with when packing and sending their Products to Wristcheck. If Seller Users are based in Hong Kong, they are encouraged to drop off the Product(s) at Wristcheck’s boutique in Landmark, Central instead of shipping the Products to Wristcheck. Disclaimer: Please note that these are only suggestions and Wristcheck is not responsible for any damages even after following the steps listed.
- Use a plain and sturdy cardboard box (not branded packaging) to ship the Products by sealing it carefully with duct tape.
- If a packaging is reused for shipping Products to Wristcheck, the Seller Users are encouraged to remove all hazmat warnings, labels, and stickers from the packaging to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Wrap the Product and all accessories safely and securely with bubble wrap to avoid scratches and damage during shipping.
- It is suggested to pack items by bubble wrapping all of Product’s accessories in the cardboard box – its original box, papers and any other parts that it came with upon purchase.
- If the Product’s strap or any of its accessories contain exotic skins, it is suggested to ship these in a separate package.
- Mark the outside of the packaging with a small mark for identification. The mark must not be obvious to others (e.g. use initials or tracking number or other unique identifier). Tape the shipping label to the outer packaging.
- Wristcheck currently only accepts shipping of Products by Seller Users from the following countries (list of which may be amended by Wristcheck from time to time without advance notice):

- Seller Users are recommended to ensure all contact details provided to Wristcheck with the shipment are true and correct and must provide updated delivery progress notification to Wristcheck. Wristcheck will not be liable for being unable to collect the Product if Wristcheck has not been notified of the delivery progress updates.
- Where applicable, if Seller Users cannot be contacted to collect the relevant Products from Wristcheck (including but not limited to where contact details provided to Wristcheck is inaccurate or incomplete), it shall be the Seller Users’ responsibility to contact Wristcheck to arrange for a collection. Seller Users shall indemnify Wristcheck against all costs and damages incurred by Wristcheck in relation thereto (including a reasonable daily storage fee or any other reasonable third-party charges incurred in respect thereof).
