A huge component of what we do here at Wristcheck is to give clients the opportunity to acquire their dream watch(es) in mint condition in a setting that is convenient and secure.  For those who are wondering how the process works, we have broken down the key steps to provide full transparency so that you can shop with confidence.

AVAILABLE MODELS

Wristcheck has in stock a wide array of watches that may be purchased and delivered expeditiously.  Whilst stock is constantly replenished, it is simply not possible to consistently have every sought-after model available in-store or online.

For this reason, we have concurrently developed our “Source for Me” service- a carefully curated selection of covetable timepieces from renowned brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and more — from which you may submit a request for Wristcheck to source.

How It Works

1. Choose the watch that you would like us to source.
   
2. Click the “Source for Me” button.
   
3. To confirm the request, Wristcheck will require a 30% deposit of the listed price.
   
4. Wristcheck commences the sourcing process over the course of 72 hours.
5. Once the desired watch has been located, Wristcheck will notify you immediately via email.  In the unlikely event that Wristcheck is unable to source the requested model within the 72-hour window, the 30% deposit and 4% processing fee will be fully refunded.
6. Once the outstanding balance has been settled, Wristcheck will arrange for shipment of the brand new, unworn watch.

 

IMPORTANT: please note that payment for the remaining amount must be completed within 24 hours of the notification email - the deposit will not be refunded. 

Listed Price

Prices for each model are updated on a daily basis reflecting market fluctuations. Please note that listed prices are non-negotiable.

Deposit

To secure a request for a watch, Wristcheck requires payment of 30% of the listed price as a deposit.  For successful transactions, the deposit paid will contribute towards the total sum payable for the item.

To ensure peace of mind, a full refund of the deposit and the processing fee will be processed for any instance where Wristcheck is unable to source the requested watch.  Alternatively, an extension may be requested and the initial deposit will be held for a further period of 72 hours.  Information on the “try again” function is detailed below.

 

72-Hour Turnaround

We here at Wristcheck understand that people have busy lives to live, and are therefore committed to short waiting times for watch sourcing requests - just 72 hours.  We are able to provide this level of service due to our familiarity with the industry at large, and through the relationships that have been fostered over the years.  
 

If Wristcheck is unable to locate the desired watch within 72 hours, the requestor has the option to extend the search by an additional 72 hours by clicking the “try again” button.

Always Brand New

Searching the secondary market for watches can be a frustrating process.  Between potentially worrying about authenticity, faked or incorrect components, and pricing - one also has to scrutinize the condition of the watch and contend with missing original box and papers.

The “Source for Me” programme at Wristcheck is a premier service which seeks to eradicate the common woes of watch shopping.  The watches that we source are of the highest calibre and in the best possible condition - brand new, unworn and complete with original box and papers.  For this reason, service for sourcing vintage timepieces is presently not offered.
