Oyster Perpetual 41 Stainless Steel Green Dial

The Oyster Perpetual family from Rolex is one of the most colorful and playful in the brand. It is widely known as the brand's most accessible watch not only for its entry-level price point but for its modern, yet timeless appearance. Today, it has become one of the central models of the Rolex brand. It was integral to the upbringing of several other of Rolex's iconic watches - The Daytona, GMT-Master, Datejust, and more have the Oyster Perpetual to thank, and it has always been said that the Oyster Perpetual is Rolex in its purest form. Going back to the 1920s until the present day, the Oyster Perpetual has gone through countless reiterations but has always remained as popular and beloved by all.

Released in 2020, the Rolex Oyster Perpetual collection received a rather drastic update with an entirely new movement, a set of dials, and even a new case design. Standing as the flagship reference, the ref. 124300 introduced a new 41mm diameter case design to the family of iconic watches alongside Rolex's cal. 3230 movement, the same movement as in the no-date Submariner. Packing 70 hours of power reserve and a plethora of protection against shock and magnetism, this movement was the perfect upgrade to the watch that made its way to the summit of Mount Everest in 1953. This present example features the Rolex classic green lacquer dial consistent with the hue of their signature green box.
