The Black Bay saga began in 2012, exactly a decade ago. Since then, it's evolved from a cool-looking dive watch with an outsourced movement into a ubiquitous collection with diverse materials and colours, new complexities, and different sizes. The range was expanded in 2017 with the debut of the Black Bay Chrono. The present example offered is the updated 2021 piece with a new slimmer case and new dial configurations. This one features a black dial with white sub-dials with the signature red text as well as a red arrow on the chronograph seconds hand. Powered by the Tudor in-house MT5813 caliber, this chronograph timepiece is also water resistant to 200m. Overall, the model received modest yet significant changes to improve on the original concept.
