這些遊戲條款及細則適用於 WRISTCHECK EXCHANGE LIMITED（“公司”）舉辦的Source Any Watch（“活動”）。活動由香港時間2023年6月2日12:00至香港時間2023年6月15日11:59（“活動日期”）舉行。

參加是次抽獎遊戲即表示你同意接受這些條款及細則之約束。參與者還將遵守適用於活動的隱私政策、Wristcheck 私隱政策以及Wristcheck條款及細則（如果適用）。

參加此活動的資格，每位參與者必須：

- 在特定的在線表格上填寫他/她的完整法定姓名（如他/她的身份證或護照上所示）和有效的聯繫方式

SOURCE ANY WATCH CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Source Any Watch Campaign (the “Campaign”) organized by WRISTCHECK EXCHANGE LIMITED (the “Company”). The Campaign runs from 2 Jun 2023, 20:00 Hong Kong Time to 15 Jun 2023, 11:59 Hong Kong Time (the "Campaign Period").

By participating in the Campaign, you (the “Participant”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participants will also be subject to the Privacy Policy applicable to the Campaign, the Wristcheck Privacy Policy (if applicable), and the Wristcheck Terms & Conditions (if applicable).

To be eligible for the Campaign, each Participant must:

- fill in his/her full legal name (as shown on his/her ID or passport) and valid contact details on a specific online form (the “ Online Form ”)

- answer an opinion question on the Form

- Any person who is below the age of 18; an employee or staff of the Company; and/or is an employee or employee of the Company; and/or an immediate family member (for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, means spouse, children, parents and siblings) of any employee or staff of the Company is not eligible to participate in the Campaign. (for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, means spouse, children, parents and siblings) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

The Winner is entitled to purchase one designated watch (“Prize”) sold by Wristcheck at a specified discounted price within the relevant redemption period stated.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, all terms and conditions for the purchase and sale at the company's store are applicable to the winners, including but not limited to Wristcheck Warranty. A 12-month Wristcheck Warranty applies to prizes.

The Company will notify the Winner via email and/or WhatsApp they provided on the form within twenty-four (24) hours after they have been selected. The Winner MUST respond to either the email or WhatsApp within forty-eight (48) hours in accordance with the instructions specified in the email and/or WhatsApp notification. If the Winner chooses to give up the Prize or has not responded within the said period, such Winner will be automatically disqualified, and the Company will select another Participant to be the Winner based on the same criteria. No compensation will be made to such disqualified Winner.

The condition of each designated watch is different, and participants should refer to and understand the condition of the product.

The form must be completed during the giveaway period, from June 2, 2023 to June 15, 2023. The winner of the competition will be selected on June 20, 2023. The redemption period needs to be confirmed 72 hours after notification.

Each participant can only submit one (1) online form per delivery, and the extra online form will be void, and will not be considered.

Each participant can only win once. If a participant is selected as a winner in one casting, he or she will be automatically disqualified from subsequent castings.

Each Participant's eligibility for the Prize is not transferrable or assigned to any other person and each Prize shall be non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes, and each prize is not refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other prizes.

By participating in this competition, each participant agrees to comply with Wristcheck's policies. Wristcheck retains the right to exercise its final discretion in the event of any malfunction or failure of the coupon code. Wristcheck further reserves the right to cancel the use of the coupon code, should any issues arise.

The Company has the absolute right, without any compensation, to change and modify these Terms and Conditions or any instructions in relation to the Campaign (including but not limited to the Campaign Period, the Prize, the value of the Prize, redemption dates, conditions and any other details) at any time; and/or

Watches can only be purchased at Wristcheck Hong Kong Landmark stores, and all purchase details are subject to the website.

If there is any dispute over the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions, the Company shall have the final decision.

In case of any dispute over the awards and details, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.

The Company will not send you direct marketing or promotional communications without your prior written consent.

1. Privacy Policy of the Campaign

1.1 WRISTCHECK EXCHANGE LIMITED (the “Company” or “We”) respect personal data and are committed to full implementation and compliance with the data protection principles and all relevant laws in Hong Kong. This Policy applies to all the participants of the【No Waitlist Campaign】(the “Campaign”) whose personal data is collected, by whatever means, used and held by us.

You agree to the Privacy Policy of the Campaign and the Privacy Policy of the Company before participating in the Campaign.

2. Kinds of Personal Data Collected, Used and Held

2.1 To participate in the Campaign, your full legal name, email address and Instagram handle will be collected, used and held by the Company.

2.2 You may provide us with your personal data at your own will. The personal data mentioned in paragraph 2.1 is mandatory. You will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign if you fail to provide the said mandatory data.

2.3 Apart from the information above, no other personal data will be collected by us.

3. Purposes of the Personal Data are Held

3.1 We will use your personal data for the following purposes:

Identification and verification: verify your identity;

Notification: notify you about the redemption details of the prizes;

Redemption of Prizes: execute the redemption of prizes arrangements;

Direct Promotion and Marketing: share promotional or marketing information with you from time to time in respect of the Company’s products and services after we have obtained your consent; and Statistics and Retargeting: carry out anonymous statistics and data analysis to provide you with more relevant content.

4. Direct Promotion and Marketing

4.1 The Company will NOT send direct marketing or promotional information to you without obtaining your prior written consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

5.1 Apart from statutory requirements and/or the purposes stated herein above, the personal data we collected about you will not be transferred or disclosed to any other party without your prior consent.

6. Retention and Storage of Personal Data

6.1 We will retain all your personal data for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) for which they were collected and of the legal requirements.

6.2 If you desire to erase your personal data from our databases, please contact our Privacy Data Officer at privacy@wristcheck.com.

6.3 Our information and data may be stored and maintained in our electronic database, facilities, servers and backup servers which may be located outside your country, where the legal protection and standard of security requirements may not be equivalent to the same provided by and legally required by the applicable laws and regulations of your country. You hereby expressly consent to our transferring, storing, maintaining and retaining all your information and data in our designated electronic databases, facilitates, servers and backup servers located outside your country for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.

7. Accuracy and Change of Personal Data

In order to ensure the correctness of your personal data, particularly contact details, retained by the Company, you may receive our request for confirmation or verification. Please feel free to contact us for correction or change of personal data or opt-out from receiving future direct promotional and marketing information.

8. Personal Data Handling and Security Measures

8.1 We have established security measures and monitoring procedures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use of the data. All personnel that may have access to the data will be ensured to comply with the requirements of data protection.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 We have implemented all reasonably practicable procedures, measures and steps to safeguard the security of your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is absolutely secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Changes in this Privacy Policy

10.1 We may update or amend this Privacy Policy in the future, if necessary. Any updated version will be marked with an updated effective date.
