1.1 WRISTCHECK EXCHANGE LIMITED (the “Company” or “We”) respect personal data and are committed to full implementation and compliance with the data protection principles and all relevant laws in Hong Kong. This Policy applies to all the participants of the 【Retail Raffle】(the “Campaign”) whose personal data is collected, by whatever means, used and held by us. 

WRISTCHECK EXCHANGE LIMITED ( “本公司” 或 “我們” ) 尊重個人資料並承諾會全力執行及遵守保障資料原則，以及相關香港法律的規定。本政策適用於本公司以各種方法收集、使用及保存 【Retail Raffle】(“本活動”) 個人資料的之參加者。

You agree to the Privacy Policy of the Campaign and the Privacy Policy of the Company before participating in the Campaign. 

閣下同意本活動私隱政策及本公司私隱政策方可參與本活動。

2.1 To participate in the Campaign, your full legal name, email address and Whatsapp number will be collected, used and held by the Company. 

要參加本活動，本公司會收集、使用及保存閣下的姓名、電郵地址及Whatsapp號碼。

2.2 You may provide us with your personal data at your own will. The personal data mentioned in paragraph 2.1 is mandatory. You will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign if you fail to provide the said mandatory data.

閣下可按自己意願提供個人資料。第2.1段提及的個人資料為必須提供的資料。倘若閣下未能提供上述必須資料，閣下將不合資格參與本活動。 

2.3 Apart from the information above, no other personal data will be collected by us.

除了以上資料，我們不會收集其他個人資料。

3.1 We will use your personal data for the following purposes: 

本公司收集及保存個人資料的目的如下：

1. Identification and verification:  verify your identity;  
   核實身份：核實身份； 
2. Notification: notify you about the redemption details of the prizes;   
   通知：通知閣下有關獎品換領的詳情；
3. Redemption of Prizes: execute the redemption of prizes arrangements;   
   換領獎品：執行獎品換領的安排； 
4. Direct Promotion and Marketing: share promotional or marketing information with you from time to time in respect of the Company’s products and services after we have obtained your consent; and  
   直接促銷/推廣：在取得閣下的同意後，不定期向閣下提供本公司產品及服務的推廣資訊；及
5. Statistics and Retargeting: carry out anonymous statistics and data analysis to provide you with more relevant content.  
   統計及再行銷：進行匿名的資料統計及數據分析，向閣下提供更相關的內容。

4.1 The Company will NOT send direct marketing or promotional information to you without obtaining your prior written consent. 

本公司不會在未取得閣下事先書面同意前，向閣下發放直接促銷或推廣資訊。

5.1 Apart from statutory requirements and/or the purposes stated herein above, the personal data we collected about you will not be transferred or disclosed to any other party without your prior consent. 

除非為了遵守法律要求及/或達成收集個人資料的目的，否則我們不會在未有得到閣下的事先同意前向任何第三方披露任何閣下的個人資料。

6.1 We will retain all your personal data for as long as is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose(s) for which they were collected and of the legal requirements. 

本公司會保留閣下的個人資料直至完成收集目的及完成履行法律要求為止。

6.2 If you desire to erase your personal data from our databases, please contact our Privacy Data Officer at privacy@wristcheck.com.

如閣下從本公司的資料庫刪除閣下的個人聯絡資料，請電郵至privacy@wristcheck.com與本公司的個人資料主任聯絡。

6.3 Our information and data may be stored and maintained in our electronic database, facilities, servers and backup servers which may be located outside your country, where the legal protection and standard of security requirements may not be equivalent to the same provided by and legally required by the applicable laws and regulations of your country. You hereby expressly consent to our transferring, storing, maintaining and retaining all your information and data in our designated electronic databases, facilitates, servers and backup servers located outside your country for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3.

你的個人資料可能儲存在我們的電子數據庫、設施、服務器和備份服務器中。這些電子數據庫、設施、服務器和備用服務器可能位於你的國家之外，其法律保護和安全要求標準可能不同於你的國家適用的法律和法規。 你特此同意將我們傳輸、存儲、保留你的個人資料在可能位於你的國家之外我們的電子數據庫、設施、服務器和備份服務器中，並用於第3段中提及的目的。

In order to ensure the correctness of your personal data, particularly contact details, retained by the Company, you may receive our request for confirmation or verification. Please feel free to contact us for correction or change of personal data or opt-out from receiving future direct promotional and marketing information.

為了確保本公司保留的你個人資料（特別是聯繫方式）的正確性，你可能會收到我們的確認或驗證請求。 請隨時聯繫我們以更正或更改個人資料或選擇退出接收未來的直接促銷和營銷信息。

8.1 We have established security measures and monitoring procedures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use of the data. All personnel that may have access to the data will be ensured to comply with the requirements of data protection. 

我們已制定保安措施及監察程序，以防止有關資料未獲准許或意外地被查閱、處理、刪除、喪失或使用。我們會確保所有會接觸到個人資料的人員遵從保障資料的各項規定。

9.1 We have implemented all reasonably practicable procedures, measures and steps to safeguard the security of your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is absolutely secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security. 

在本公司採取所有合理及切實可行的程序及保安措施以保護閣下的個人資料之同時，在網上傳送和儲存資料，卻沒有絕對安全的方法。本公司不能保證任何閣下在網上提供的個人資料的絕對安全。

10.1 We may update or amend this Privacy Policy in the future, if necessary. Any updated version will be marked with an updated effective date.

如有需要，本公司未來會更新或更改本私隱政策，所有相關修訂會註明更新的生效日期。

10.2 If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Privacy Policy which shall remain in full force and effect.

如本私隱政策任何條款無效或不可執行，不影響其他條款的效力。

11.1 Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese version and the English version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail. 

本政策的中文版本與英文版本之間如存在歧義或不一致時，應以英文版本為準。

12.1 You have a right to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data provided to us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us. 

閣下有權查詢及更改閣下向我們提供的個人資料。若閣下有意行使上述權利，請與本公司聯絡。

13.1 Should you have any requests (including Opt-out), enquiries or comments on our Privacy Policy or practice, please email our Privacy Data Officer at privacy@wristcheck.com. In general circumstances, your requests or enquiries will be handled within 14 working days after receipt of the same and verification of your identity. 

如閣下對本公司的私隱政策及實務有任何查詢、意見或要求，電郵至privacy@wristcheck.com與本公司的個人資料主任聯絡。 在一般情況下，我們將會在收到閣下的請求或查詢和核實身份後的14個工作日內處理。

14.1 This Privacy Policy becomes effective from 9 February 2023.

本私隱政策由 2023  年 2  月  9 日起生效。
