We charge a flat shipping fee of USD$30 (HKD$234) for orders under USD$1,000 (HKD$7,800). Please note, taxes and duties are not included in this fee.
Currently, our candles can only be shipped within Hong Kong. If we don’t ship to your country, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help via concierge@wristcheck.com.
Important: Delivery times vary by country, and we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A signature from an adult will be required upon delivery.
What is the delivery time for merchandise items?
General Merchandise
Products will be dispatched within 7 business days. Please note that orders may take longer to prepare if you choose to pick them up at our boutique. Based on product availability, we may ship items from your order separately.
Watch Straps
Products will be available for pickup at our Hong Kong boutique or dispatched within 2 weeks.
Can I return the items if I change my mind?
All sales for Wristcheck Gift Shop merchandise are final — no returns or exchanges, so please make sure to check our size guides before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to reach out to us at concierge@wristcheck.com.
Tax & Duties
Who’s responsible for customs charges and duties?
We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means any customs charges, import tax, VAT, or duties required by your local jurisdiction are the Buyer’s responsibility. For more information regarding import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
