We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit watches. Every watch purchased through Wristcheck is authenticated, graded and certified to the Global Timepiece Standard (GTS) by our in-house Swiss-trained watchmakers and authenticators before it reaches you.
The Global Timepiece Standard
We’re proud to have developed the world’s first universal standard for watch authentication, grading and certification, built around the most comprehensive 10-step process in the industry.
GTS goes far beyond a conventional authenticity check, assessing originality, condition, mechanical performance, replacement or aftermarket components, polishing, previous intervention and accompanying documentation. Every finding is recorded in the watch’s Timepiece Certificate for full transparency.

What you get with GTS
Every watch that meets GTS standards receives an official GTS Grade, a comprehensive Timepiece Certificate and a unique Certification ID, giving you a detailed record of its authenticity, originality, condition and performance.
Certified watches are also sealed in tamper-evident GTS packaging, preserving the condition in which they were assessed.
