Our Commitment to Authenticity
At Wristcheck, we believe authenticity should be a no-brainer. Why should you have to worry about whether your watch is real or not? We’ve lived through the horror stories ourselves — watches that aren’t what they claim to be, with fake parts, or even stolen goods. That’s why we created Wristcheck. A platform where anyone can buy watches with complete confidence, knowing without a doubt that what they get will always be the real thing. Exactly as promised.
Our In-house Professional Watchmakers
Our team of Swiss-trained watchmakers, with over 20 years of combined experience, inspects every single watch listed on Wristcheck. Think of us as the watch industry’s version of a trusted mechanic — the one who checks the engine, tests the brakes, and makes sure everything runs smoothly before handing you the keys. Every watch is inspected thoroughly, from the case and bracelet to the dial, hands, and movement. When you buy from Wristcheck, you can be sure that the watch is authentic, has been thoroughly checked, and is ready to be worn and enjoyed.

How We Grade Our Watches
We’ve built the most transparent grading system out there. Our Wristcheck Grade gives you a detailed snapshot of the condition of all of the watches on Wristcheck — so there are no surprises when you open the box. Every watch consigned to Wristcheck goes through a 10-step grading process carried out by our watchmakers, who make sure that even the smallest detail is checked. It’s like buying a car — you wouldn’t buy one without knowing its full and honest condition, right? That’s what we’re offering with our bespoke condition reports: a full, unfiltered view of the watch — inside and out.
Stolen watch checks
And we don’t stop there. We’ve partnered with The Watch Register, the world’s largest stolen watch registry. This means we cross-check every serial number to ensure it’s never been flagged as stolen. And on top of that, we use our own internal list of lost or stolen watches to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
As Head of Professional Services at Wristcheck, my number one priority is making sure every watch is authentic and maintaining complete transparency. Our mission? To make sure you never have to question the watch you're buying, ever again.
