About this watch

Released in 1998, the Nautilus ref. 3710 was the first Nautilus variant to ever feature a complication other than the date function via the inclusion of a power reserve indicator at 12 o'clock. The ref. 3710 also marked the Nautilus' return to the 42mm "Jumbo" case design that the original ref. 3700 had pioneered, and has since experienced a resurgence in popularity. Discontinued in 2006, the 3710 was only ever produced in stainless steel, and features a matte black dial completely free from engraving, decorated with applied Roman numerals and a power reserve indicator reminiscent of a shooting star across the sky, earning the ref. 3710 the nickname "Comet".
